I have been a customer of R T Services for over 8 years. They have replaced my heating system and installed a new gas heater and gas tankless water heater. Phil and Matt, who installed my system, are perfectionist in their work. The new gas lines were routed to give easy access for any service work and the installation reflected their pride in their work. The newer staff continue their reputation of professional service and concern for their customers.

We recently settled on a townhouse at Homestead Acres in Hanover, PA. Brian Foltz of Paradise Energy Solutions (PES) called on my company back in 2017 and put together a proposal for a 25 KW roof mount solar array. We had been considering solar for several years. PES is very clear and honest when proposing a system and they slightly underestimate the capabilities and then overdeliver so there is no compromise on output. The installation and connection went very smoothly. In 2021 we reconnected and added another 11 KW system. Some things had changed over the 4 years, but they made it work. PES markets our SREC credits and gets us the best price and just mails us a check. PES has been a great business to work with and I have no problem recommending their solar products and their service.

The service technician came down to assist Community Garden Market in Shepherdstown, with a reach-in freezer issue that has plagued us since install in 2015. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!
