SMF provided hardwood floor refinishing services. Their prices were highly competitive and the sales agent (Aaron) was superb. The flooring specialist performing the refinishing (Oscar) was professional and thorough. There was extremely little dust as result of the care and detail.
Aaron’s customer dedication and follow-through was outstanding. I would highly recommend SMF to anyone.
Absolutely thrilled with this experience! The sales manager was in touch within minutes of submitting an inquiry form to their website, and he was at our house taking measurements and preparing a quote the very next day. Aaron listened to our needs and was able to recommend the perfect shade of LVP flooring for us - it's exactly what I wanted.
The installation crew was friendly, knowledgable, fast, and talented. Our floors were installed in just one day, which is invaluable for a family with young children. They handled everything from demo to moving furniture back into place, and we truly couldn't be happier.
