I scheduled a bridal consultation and wedding day hair appt with Shanni on a Monday via style seat, she called Tuesday evening to cancel my Wednesday consultation appointment which was fine with me, things happen. However she failed to cancel the bridal consultation on style seat so I was charged anyway. I had reached out several times before this occurred but Shanni was not responsive. When I requested a refund she told me the money would be credit to my next service. I’ve been coming to Shanni for over 6 years now and am very happy with my experience. She has done everything from natural sets to custom wigs to weaves. She cares about your hair’s health; I even bring my daughter to her for natural hair styling. Plus, she has reasonable rates and uses high quality products. Overall I’m extremely grateful I found her and her salon!
