I suffered a major sump pump failure on 12/18/23 which resulted in major flooding in my entire basement. There had been a major storm with flooding in Charles County and many county residents suffered the same ordeal. I call SERVPRO that morning at 6:30am and their dispatch technician put in touch with a local plumber. The plumber fixed my sump pump within 3 hours and SERVPRO guided me through the painful process of restoring and sanitizing my basement. I appreciate the great customer service from the workers to the staff. Servpro has been our go to company ever since experiencing a couple of unfortunate events. First our basement flooded and then the roof leaked. Matt, Walt and his team were impeccable with their professionalism, communication, workmanship and work ethic. There wasn’t a single bit of dust anywhere after their work was done and they made a point of focusing on costumer service. Their work was top notch and made unfortunate events manageable.
