Juan and his team are amazing to work with. They were the ultimate professionals every step of the way. When we contracted with them to repair our basement following significant water damage, Juan provided a start date, an estimated end date, and they delivered top tier work right on schedule. I contacted Juan to finish a room in the basement and replace carpet in a 1200 sq ft basement with vinyl. Juan and his team did an amazing job. Great finishes, they finished the job timely, always came to the house on time, cleaned up afterwards. Consequently I hired him to rehab a complete home, floors, bathroom, kitchen, plumbing, sump pump. He took care of everything and if there was an adjustment to make, he graciously fixed it. He completed the job 100% up to the last detail when I called him up for an issue I found, he came same day to fix it. I strongly recommend Juan also for excellent communication. Will call him again for my next project.
LaPlata General Improvement will not disappoint you! Whether it’s a small job, or a large project, they pay close attention to detail, show up timely and do an excellent job. They are the only contractor I call upon when I need something done at my home. They’ve completed a project in my basement, that’s absolutely beautiful!
