I'm so tired of this dentist.He is never in the office always call out.My husband and brother had to reschedule so many time because he is never in the office. Stop being cheap and hire another Dentist that like to work. In the other hand I love my girl Shannon .She is the best cleaning your teeth.
As I am sitting here with a toothache because sooo many of my appts. Have been cancelled & now no one is answering phone in office or calls back. It was a great practice at one time but not now. I think someone needs to retire!! It was a 5 star at one time.
Do NOT go here. The most unprofessional office. Last minute cancellations, cancels month after month. They expect patients to give 48hr notice for cancellations but they don’t do the same. Dr just closes when he feels like it with no regard for the patients he leaves with temporary crowns for 6 months. Takes the money for the crown tho but doesn’t make sure you get it put on in a timely manner. Any office that operates this way is sketchy and sounds like they’re just taking insurance payments. If this dr can’t handle his patient load then he needs to hire another dr or retire. Save yourself the headache and find a different office that cares about its patients.
