“I’m so grateful. The young man was able to get my fur baby Sam in for an emergency grooming appointment. Sam is a toy/miniature poodle. Aerie called me and informed me that she would have to cut Sam hair because it was matted. The final result is amazing and Sam is gorgeous. “What an awesome, informative behind-the-scenes tour of how the National Aquarium runs. We loved learning about the quarantine period, how animals are cared for, and the rescue operations. Our guide was very informative and engaging - big kudos to Andy! The 90 minute tour covered so much information and we were so happy to have paid the extra fee to visit this center. Highly recommend! (FYI they have a small parking lot that they let you use free of charge during the tour with entry 30 minutes before).“

“I have been going to them for years, My dogs always come out looking sharp and they are happy. They make your babies feel comfortable and not scared to get groomed. Plus they really listen to you about how you want your dogs to be cut. Very respectful“

“Always caring and professional service that isn't overpriced. Most front desk is friendly. Been going here for my cats and dogs for 30yrs. and plan to continue. Added... Something needs to be done about their scheduling. If they can't get pets in to be seen at reasonable time frames what is going on? Do they need to hire more Veterinarians. My cat needs antibiotics and a antihistamine. And I have to wait 14 days for her to be seen and get that. That's insane. They need to bring walk ins back. Or hire more vets. Maybe it's time for a new place. Why is the wait time so long?“
