I've been a client for many years and have referred family & friends.The dynamic duo Mr. & Mrs. Smalls have always been professional and truly take extra steps to ensure that I've received the full compliment of their services. Unlike other tax services who file your taxes and offer no advice to mitigate IRS issues, this couple will provide advice & counsel. Yes, I've had to wait in their comfy, accommodating waiting room, but I understand that when I meet with either of them, I'm not going to be rushed through my appointment without having full knowledge of how the previous tax year affected my refund. I absolutely will continue to patronize and refer.
