Ruby has been my excellent hair stylist for years and is the best at what she does. She listens to what her customer requests and doesn’t dismiss your ideas. She is skilled and efficient in her work, and never once have I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. Since her salon is in a large mall, there is always someplace to park so that is never an issue that would make you late to your appointment. Communication is easy and she is very responsive to messages. Ruby is both a professional and a delightful person.
Ruby is absolutely incredible! She's been cutting my husband's (unruly, difficult, wavy/curly with several cowlicks!) and my (very straight and slippery) hair since we moved here almost 5 years ago, and I've recommended her to every friend who's moved to the area. (My friends' younger sister, who lives over an hour away, scheduled a haircut with Ruby to coincide with a visit to see us because she trusted Ruby to give her a good pixie cut since she's seen the results on her sisters' hair.) Absolutely fantastic service. Love the attention to detail and the care she provides. I feel like my questions are being answered and understood very thoroughly ! I am definitely going to recommend my friends to check her out.
