I am so happy I found Ruby. I have been searching for an affordable place in Silver Spring after years of paying too much in DC. She gives a great haircut for a great price! She is also very kind and quick to respond.

I was visiting from out of state, and Ruby fit me in. She did an amazing job with my cut and highlights! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I'm tempted to go to her every time I visit!
