Jade is an expectionally great nail tech/owner (I try to make my appointments with Jade). I have NEVER experienced bad service from this salon. She's patient, kind and accommodating. Patronize this establishment. What they lack in size, they make up for in quality service and lasting nails! My tip...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, so you don't set YOURSELF up for them being busy and can't get you in. It's a personal issue at that point! See you in a few weeks JADE “

“As I sit in the chair at M5 now, I scan say that they have consistently excellent service. Every single time they deliver. This is my 3rd or 4th time here. They always keep my appointment and see me immediately, even if I’m running a little late. The staff is super sweet. They offer champagne, wine, etc.<br><br>You can tell that the staff here love each other and have good practices.<br><br>Trinh did my pedi this time and so far I don’t have a single complaint. They even put the towel over my legs since I’m wearing a dress. Very thorough, very professional.“

“If I could give more stars, I would!!!!My nails were awful prior to Nady taking over. I had a pretty awful experience in Jan with my nail tech, and had not had a pedicure or manicure since. I had removed the gels and my nails wre in rough shape. In top of that, my toes looked like bird toes ? However Nady was my nail savior. It was my first time receiving "Russian" pedicure or manicure. Nady worked meticulously and dilligently to repair my cuticles and build me new nails. Then she sculpted the gel to give me a a flawless finish on my hands and feet. Thr disc cleaning on my feet left them baby soft. I will NEVER go back to the standard. For me, it's Russian or bust. I am a customer feom this point forward. “I just moved to the area, and found on Google this nail spa literally 5 minutes from my house. I decided to go in without an appointment and see what happens. When I walked in - the workers were very polite, the place was super clean and the floors were spotless! I just needed a basic pedicure, and I was seated and worked on within 5 minutes of being there. My nail technician was very detailed and took her time. Not in a rush at all. I probably got my feet pampered for about 45 minutes. Scrubbing, cutting, cuticle clean up, filing, massaging, hot towels and nail polish application. I also picked regular nail polish with a design, and they didn’t NOT push for gel. Which was nice. A great experience. I will highly recommend and I will go back.“
