The customer-service attitude I experienced was tops.

The price to trim bangs was incredibly low and the time to handle me was shorter than at my closest salon. So I tipped $5, instead of $3.

I’ve been to Martha many times over a span of many years. I came in for a simple cut and she did her job without rushing. I made an appt and she ran about 10 minutes late which wasn’t bad. Hair wash was nice. Cut was thorough. charges for using a credit card like many small businesses do now. I’ll continue to come back. She was very honest about hair dye and the such. We had a long conversation and she’ll only converse if you chose to. In case you’re looking for a quiet haircut.
