I was very pleased with my experience at JCPenney Salon. Rama did an excellent job styling my hair, and it was a great price as well. The salon is spacious and is located on the 4th floor. I was very happy with my choice to come and expect to come back again soon.

I love this salon! It clearly has strong leadership with the manager, Mia! She is a true professional and requires the same from her team! It’s so nice to find a clean salon with great deals and a friendly, knowledgeable staff! I have used many JCP Salons in MD and Va - and I like them all! Don't do curbside at this location. You will wait for at least half an hour and it's very clear where curbside pick up is located. Not sure what service on the inside looks like but I won't be returning because of poor service.
