“Penny and Dupont Lash & Brow Bar absolutely deserves the spotlight! She's incredibly kind, attentive, and truly a master of her craft. I barely had to say a word--Penny took a look at my eyes and immediately pinpointed all the issues I've struggled with for years (like how my lashes in the front get hidden because of my eyelids). Honestly I was shocked, as it took her seconds to notice things other places never pick up on unless I explicitly tell them. She walked me through a few options and suggested starting with a lash lift since it's more affordable and better for my everyday look. I was so impressed that she wasn't just trying to upsell me! When we did the extensions, Penny was super practiced and clearly knew how to work with my eye shape. I was already satisfied halfway through, but she has such high standards for herself and kept tweaking until it was absolutely perfect. The whole time I felt so reassured. The studio itself is adorable--clean, cozy, and peaceful--and the staff are all so friendly! Since I'm just visiting DC, they even gave me tips on fun spots to check out. If you're in the area, this place is an absolute gem!“

“I had booked an appointment thru their ig page! It was so easy and quick! The location is right off of 355 in Bethesda in front of the AC hotel. It is also walking distance from the Bethesda metro stop. Brenda was so welcoming and helpful with this being my first time getting extensions with her. She asked what I wanted to do, I also asked her expert opinion and we did a wispy full cat eye which was so amazing! Brenda also had snacks and water in her suite and she made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. It was a great experience my lashes have lasted almost 2 weeks with some shedding but Brenda said it's normal! 10/10 would recommend. Brenda provided excellent customer service and fair prices. The suite was clean, cute and full of snacks!“

“This was my first ever hair removal sugar waxing and it was an amazing first experience. My appointment was with Apita, she was very friendly and we had a lovely chat during my appointment. This was a real sugaring experience... aka. no wax, no application stick, no fabric strips. Before booking my appointment I used their website to gain a lot of information for different services (with detailed descriptions) and general sugaring FAQs. After making an appointment I was emailed preparation, driving, and parking instructions. It was extremely helpful. At my appointment I was walked through every step with care and concern for my comfort. I was given a lot of room to take things at my own pace and when I realized I could handle more I was able to add on some more hair removal services during my appointment. The prices are great and there was no pressure to tip. The employees working at the front desk were also lovely. All in all it was an amazing experience and a positive atmosphere.
