We have used Thomas Roofing for our prior house, my mom’s house and my uncle’s when they passed away to prepare them for sale, and now on our new house. We’ve been in our new house for only 4 1/2 years but part of the ridge vent blew off because the subcontractor working for our builder seemed to have run out of the proper wooden anchors and didn’t get more to finish. They opted to fashion them out of shingles which, of course, didn’t hold against the wind. Merle provided an estimate the next morning, and even in this Covid-19 environment, a crew came to fix it this morning. I was afraid we would have to wait for months.
