I went in for a cut and blowout with Kiley and it was a great experience. She told me all the products she used and thier purpose along with provided a cut for my kinda curly hair that was just what I wanted.
Had a haircut and blow dry with Maggie. Fantastic experience. I am a recent retiree and don't style my hair much anymore. Maggie gave me a wonderful short cut. Very manageable. Thank you Maggie and I will continue to go to Shear Designs!Services: Haircut
This place is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. I have had Brittany take care of my hair a few times and she gave me exactly what I asked for, took time to look at the reference photos and was very gentle. They accept walk ins which is always nice although sometimes there’s no time available if you walk in. I do wish it was a bit more diverse in clientele as well as employees but unfortunately Carroll county itself is not very diverse so I’m sure they wish the same. The prices are very reasonable and they ask that you leave tips either in cash or on a money sharing app like venmo as a gift.
