Meridiem DermSpa - Westminster/Mount Airy

Meridiem processed my check in payment for a procedure TWICE! Once in December 2023 as an e-check, and a second time in February 2024 as a paper check. That's two debits against my checking account for the same procedure. Why did this happen? I've contacted Meridiem several times about this problem and I'm being told that it will take several weeks to resolve. It is now the middle of April. Why is Meridiem treating me like this?

Unfortunately DAN DID NOT keep his promise to do a Before and After (at no charge)!!! He did 1 treatment and scheduled me for a 2nd treatment and when I arrived in Sevierville office - Dan stated he was not going to be able to do anymore sessions because his new CEO/CFO stated no more before and after treatments. I should have known when he failed to follow through with the 1st promise he wouldn’t follow through on this offer! The Botox and Filler he used did not work and I informed the Office on Fox rd that it had not worked. I did not receive a call or anything from either office.
