“I could not be more pleased with Dr Heath and his office staff. The facility is clean and staff are welcoming. Dr Heath put me at ease after helping me figure out a treatment plan that worked for me.“
“I definitely recommend this place especially For the ones that suffer mental illnesses and addiction.. In all my years this has been far the best place I have ever been too. Every person that works in this facility is just absolutely amazing and they really do care about every single patient from the inside and out and they are quick when u need them to be but they will also take the time to care as well..For example I had an emergency situation and needed to reschedule my appointment and the office was closed for the holiday this past weekend so I reached out on there portal site on Saturday to message them and they literally took care of it that day within that hour even while they were closed. I wasn’t expecting them to even do that since they were closed. I really do love this place ???? thank you so much Dr. MELISSA MAGASSOUBA you and your staff really are the best of the best. I am so grateful for you all.“
“Amazing Staff All Around, hence why I travel 47 miles and pass by all the others, just to get to the Best! It’s Always a Welcoming Atmosphere and the Knowledge of Dr Dixie, with Anything I inquire, she has given me the Correct Answers and kept me in the Right Path!“
“Dr. Ugg and his team run a great medical practice and we will be back. Their office is literally like a home and you feel just like that when there. Coming from an office in a stuffy, clinical strip this is a welcome feeling that my family and I enjoy.“
“i have been a patient for this clinic for 12 years now, and this is the single physician's office that i stuck with for this long because i absolutely loved drs pansuriya and bangoria here. but ever since the murder of dr. pansuriya, the customer service quality of this place has been sort of going down hill. dr. pansuriya (who was a good doctor for me) prescribed generic advir for me years ago but i never took it regularly. recently my doctor in FL told me i really should get back on it, so i called the office to ask them to send in the Rx. however, they REQUIRE me to have a visit just to have this Rx. i told them last time i went in for a visit in sep,and saw the PA andrea (one of the worst care providers i have ever seen in my life; she did absolutely nothing, did not even go over my blood work with me), and that i would not waste my time like that again. i requested a "tele medicine" with dr. bangoria, the office told me he would send me a link for video call. i asked what time, she said "i do not know.". so this morning, i saw a txt with the link, clicked on it, no one was there. waited for another 5, then decided to give office a call. a woman told me there was no way for them to give me a window, let alone a specific time for a video call (before, they were able to as this was not the first time i needed a phone consultation). so i had to repeat what she just told me "are you saying that i have to sit by my phone and wait for this text msg all day? and this is the only way i can have a call with dr. bangoria? and this is the only way i can get my Rx?" she said yes. i just want to say, even comcast cable company is better than this coz they at least give you a 4 hour window. ? having said that, dr. bangoria actually called me directly (which is a lot easier to catch than a txt msg coz my phone rang louder than a txt msg) he was as kind as before. but as a long time patient, i for sure wish they had a better mechanism for tele medicine. after all, we are in 2024 already and my insurance company constantly sends me txt msg reminding me that i can do tele medicine these days.“
