JEM Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been using these folks for four years for service and preventative maintenance and everything has been running great. They are polite and on-time. They even change my filters for me as part of the preventative maintenance. I would recommend this local company.

I called this morning about my heat pump being down and the rep who answered the phone was very helpful. The technician, Matt, was here by 1145am. Matt was very professional & knowledge. He was also courteous and easy to work with. Problem solved and heat restored!! I highly recommend JEM HVAC.
