We've used Clean Sweep twice for water related issues. Their customer service is incredible which makes a frustrating experience otherwise painless. We most recently worked with Rob and his team who were extremely communicative and flexible. It was super easy to have the team out to look at the space and give a quote - and they were able to start work immediately! Rob always texted when they were en route and there was never any wondering or waiting around. The team back in the office was also extremely helpful, making the paperwork and payment process simple.
I would highly recommend CleanSweep. I bought a home in June and due to unfortunate circumstances there was a fire before we were even able to move in. Rob
and his crew were exceptionally kind and helpful every step of the way through the process. Rob kept in contact with me frequently and was always professional. Cory Billings and his crew were amazing! They just finished the job at our home and the guy had great interpersonal skills, very punctual and in constant communication with me during the whole process. It took a little longer than expected but they were determined to get the floors dry to satisfaction and they got the job done! Will recommend this company to anyone i know who needs their service.
