Bill is definitely very knowledgeable and helpful, but I can't go chasing anymore. Haven't heard anything in probably a month despite multiple emails. Too many tile shops in the state for me to be following up like I'm the salesman who wants the sale.

Counter sales guy oversold us on both tile and waterproofing membrane. We had specifically asked if we could return un used materials and were told "Yes, but with a 20% restock fee." When I attempted to return un opened boxes of tile he ( same man who sold materials) said that we were over 30 days out and they would not accept the return.Nice products, but 'customer service' was severely lacking in the partial answer to a very specific question. Had he answered completely, I could have easily returned the materials within 30 days, but waited as I continued with other tasks.
