I live an hour from Westminster but after speaking with two closer companies, and based on reviews, I chose Avanty with no regrets. Louis and his partner were on time, courteous, professional, and priced fairly. It's only been a few weeks, but so far our Airthings radon monitor has been 0.XX every day.

Louis and his teammate were AMAZING! I called Avanty per our recommendation from our home inspector. Louis gave me all the information I needed over the phone. Estimate, how it would be installed, best location based on listing pictures from online. He was extremely informative both on the phone and on-site. He arrived early and we reviewed everything prior to starting. He put tarp over all the floors they would be coming in and out of. Completed the project in the estimated amount of time. After getting the run around from several other local companies I reached out to Avanty about having a mitigation system installed in a new house I purchased. I’m glad I did. Louis was very professional from start to finish. He explained things very clearly and took time to answer questions we had. Our post mitigation test showed the device is functioning very well. I highly recommend Avanty if you’re in the market for radon mitigation.
