ABSOLUTELY LIFE-CHANGING! Best dermatology experience EVER! I honestly can't say enough good things about this particular clinic!!From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with the warmest smiles and made me feel like family (I think one of their names is Kim, who was the kindest person ever)The waiting area is spotless, modern, and actually relaxing--no stale magazines or awkward silence here! The on staff esthetician is a literal SKIN WHISPERER. She took so much time listening to my concerns (adult acne + years of sun damage from Hawaiian summers), explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and created a customized plan that's already working wonders after just a few weeks. No upselling, no pressure--just genuine care and expertise. The nursing staff are simply Angels on earth. Gentle, funny, and ridiculously skilled. My chemical peel was painless, and they gave me the best post-care tips (plus samples!) so I didn't have a single flaky day.

Had issues with check in. They didn't tell me the office closed for lunch. I'm disabled and had to stand in the hall for 15 mins till they opened the door. The doctors were wonderful though and very knowledgeable. Staff that I met were very pleasant and helpful as well. Took care of the skin issue I was seeing them for. Will continue to go there.

If you want to have someone very experienced who does a wonderful job try Susan, RN! She’s very kind, professional and listens to your concerns. She follows with the appropriate amount of Botox to achieve natural results! Thank you! It’s a pleasant visit all around. Thank you Susan and Bonnie!
