Had a wonderful experience with Maryland Fence Deck and Patio. From the estimate, scheduling, ordering of materials and finishing the project it was less than a month! They were ahead of schedule with starting the project and installed over 500 feet of fencing within two days! The communication was great from everyone and the sales rep connected me with Home Depot so we could get 2 years financing free! The fence is a great quality and the guys that installed it were very nice and always checked with me if they had a question about something. Would definitely recommend this company!
Salesman was great and worked with us to finalize our plan. Install team polite and general quality of workmanship was good. Communication from the company and team was not good at all...didn't know their schedule or if they were coming each day; one design detail was overlooked and not completed- not a major deal but highlights lack of communication- they did reduce the price a bit for the error at our request; installation of lighting was subpar - they promised to fix after inspection but have not responded to my followups and have not shown up to fix. Very unprofessional. Debris in the yard for the full 3 weeks or so it took them to complete the job. Recommend...read full review
