“For a little back story, I discovered that I had a major leak happening in my roof. I immediately took action and reached out to about a dozen roofing companies in the area. Not only were they one of the first to contact and come out, they were quick to give an estimate and begin my roof repair earlier then the already quick date they said (work was to begin a week after the paperwork was done, actually occurred a a few days earlier). I compared prices and materials on many estimates, and theirs had the best material for the most reasonable of prices. They came in, did the work without being overly intrusive (I live in a townhouse so that is key) and did a great job cleaning up the site after they finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs roof work.“

“Key City Contractors did a great job on various home improvement projects from replacing a set of exterior stairs, repairing wood siding, deck boards and exterior door painting including new door seals.Interior projects included painting kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, installing new pulls, replacing insulation and general painting. They also coordinated replacing hot water heater, reconfiguring water filter piping and installing new light fixtures. Oh and wait there's more.... they also installed metal railings on my interior staircase replacing the wood pickets... love them!Key City was responsive and made sure I was happy with the work completed. I'm having them come back for a new honey-do list in the Spring!“

“I truly can't say enough positive things about Hank and HH Homes. We had a major issue in my house with a bathfitter that was never installed properly. We had water damage and water was pouring to our first floor from the poorly constructed bathfitter. From the get go, Hank was really prompt with his responses and willingness to come take a look. Hank was responsive, detail oriented, and up for the challenge of the unique and non standard tile choices we had. The contracts for both jobs laid out the plans, the scope of the work, and a timetable for inspections and payments.
