2024_0819 Had a banging noise in our furnace-AC that Petro installed in April 2024. Customer Service Rep Patty took the phone call & got us connected with the Petro Dispatch to send out a technician to see the problem. Petro Technician Mike was able to come 3 hours earlier that originally scheduled. Mike was able to find the problem right away, & fixed the system so there's no banging noise on start up or shut down. Thanks Petro, Patty, & Mike!! Glad to be a customer. Would recommend to a friend!

I called Petro at 9:00am to report that our AC quit working. They dispatched a tech to arrive between 3 and 6pm. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he carefully checked the unit, found that the blower motor was not working, and found a replacement motor in his truck. When removing the motor, he noticed the capacitor looked suspect, so he checked it out and found it was bad. So, he replaced the capacitor rather than just replacing the motor - saved us a lot of money. Tech was very personable and explained what he was doing. I’ve been with Petro for more than 25 years and have always had outstanding service from them.

When I reported low fuel oil, the operator set up a schedule for a Service Technician and follow up fuel oil delivery.Anthony, the Service Technician, was more efficient than other from Griffith Energy over 49 years. Anthony rates a 10 in my book.
