2024_0819 Had a banging noise in our furnace-AC that Petro installed in April 2024. Customer Service Rep Patty took the phone call & got us connected with the Petro Dispatch to send out a technician to see the problem. Petro Technician Mike was able to come 3 hours earlier that originally scheduled. Mike was able to find the problem right away, & fixed the system so there's no banging noise on start up or shut down. Thanks Petro, Patty, & Mike!! Glad to be a customer.
