Grace is the absolute TRUTH! She is very delightful and cheerful. She is practical and listens very well to what you want. She is creative and regardless of what you ask for, she will add a flare of glamour to the style. You can expect many compliments!Also, I am over 55 years of age and she does not braid my hair so tight that I cannot tolerate it like so many have done. I was so angry. Hair done beautifully by the way. Service not so much. I asked upfront for the price. It was quoted $120. No problem. I waited 40 minutes for the braided to arrive. No problem. We had be here once before knew what cc were accepted AND confirmed by the sign on the door as we walked in. 2 hours later she was done my granddaughter's hair and as mentioned above it was lovely I presented my amex(one of the acceptable cards) and was told no cash only. Huh? You never said that upfront and your door says otherwise. You can't do that! After some back and forth she had the nerve to say the owner(on the phone) says well take it outmy granddaughter looks at me horrified. I said "who and where" And I bet you won't. At this point I say let me call the police cuz this not going well. I also calls my husband to come to the shop. Long story short the officer arrives and immediately states it's a civil issue unless there's gonna be a problem when my husband arrives. But of course not that's not our character! He asks the business owner is there a reason there isn't a sign on the door. She mumbles something and then says the machine is broken. That wasn't the ? My husband arrived the officer has left he came with the $120 in cash and we left. My granddaughter was over it we had another engagement that we were now late for. I told them I would be sounding off here and I am! Very very unprofessional! You let your clients know upfront and changes to your service so we can decide if that change suits OUR need I think you didn't tell or put the sign up as more business would be lost during this time as nobody Carrie's around hundreds of dollars anymore At least make cash app an option Needless to say they lost us that day! I determine where and how I spend MY money!

She got my daughter in without an appointment and at the last minutes notice. Stitch braids and I have no complaints. Kuntree Bred Team and FP Rottweiler will be using their services in the future.
