Communication is zero No English so you can't explain what you want. Only speak two things "How long" and "Tip please"Not sure if these therapists are legally working or certified.Why asking for a tip the 2 times I was there is bad manners.Massage was good for me but could not explain what and where I wanted so it was a big problem.Miss the interaction and feedback one expects from a therapist.Makes you feel like in a third world country not Maryland.Needs a good English speaking manager .Massage was good!

There was a bit of a language barrier when I was explaining the type of massage that I needed. Once we got past that then the massage was about as expected. It wasn't an aggressive deep tissue massage. However it was good enough.

I am coming back to get a REAL massage. If you want candles, music, lighting, the spa experience, then this is not the place for you. However, I highly encourage you to try it, you won't regret it! The effectiveness of the massage is incomparable.
