I received great service from Shawn & Ryan today who did a total clean and reset of my Harman pellet stove (fireplace insert). They were professional and left no trace of their visit when they were gone. They even gave me a quick tutorial on my unit with tips on making it even more efficient. I highly recommend Magic Broom Chimney Sweeps!
I had a replacement gas fireplace installed and my experience with Magic Broom (the actual installer) in conjunction with Tri-County Hearth & Patio was very satisfying. Shawn and his crew of 2 from Magic Broom were above all, very friendly in addition to being timely, professional, answering all my many questions, explaining all procedures and fireplace functionalities, and they cleaned up and took away all debris. I am a happy camper and a happy customer….100%!!!
Had an inspection and sweep today. Just wanted to say Shawn is a pro at what he does, he was on time, very knowledgeable of his job and courteous. 10/10 will call again for any future maintenance/repairs needed.
