Great customer service with fair pricing. I had a sewage pipe replaces and the staff went far and beyond to not only fix the issue but in a timely manner. The job was done in 2 hours and they arrived on time.
Called Genevie plumbing after hours for my sump pump. Nick (I believe that was his name) came very quickly, which I really appreciated. He explained the issue and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and a true professional. It was dark but he was looking for a pipe outside in the dark with his flash light. He was true to his word. He said he would have to return the next day to add a part to the outside pipe and he did. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely use Genevie Plumbing again.
