The front desk staff is amazing and Dr. A was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns! I will def be back bc I felt seen and heard-I had no issues getting an appointment and I feel hopeful that I have a new resource that will help manage this pain... I know I wouldn't have received this kind of care at the VA hospital/clinics!
Dr. Gebre is great: she listens to me intently and offers solutions that fit my particular situation. When one solution didn't work, she offered other solutions that might fit my needs. She even offered to contact the Boston Scientific rep to set up a reprogram of my spinal cord stimulator at my next appointment.
The staff is always super nice and professional. The new location is really modern. There are always a lot of people waiting, but I have not once yet had to wait past my appointment time to be called back. Seems to be a well run operation.
