Sky is the "BEST"! I have lived in the Waldorf area for over 20 years and I have tried many nail salons. Finding Sky was so refreshing. I finally found a nail tech who takes care of the nails and not to just get you in and out. In 2018, I saw a friend's nails and she told me that Sky was her nail tech. I got his info and the rest is history. I have been with him for over 6 years. His professionalism, nail expertise and knowledge has been unmatched. Through hand and foot injury, Sky still managed to provide me with amazing service. He has amazing assorted colors and although I am very simple, his nail designs are impeccable. I’ve been going to Way-Z for about 3 years every style has been flawless. I’m natural and way-z had kept my hair healthy and happy. My hair usually doesn’t hold heat but when she does my press it lasts for weeks. I’ve gone to her for trim, 2-strand twist, silk press, moisture treatment and most recently a full sew-in, I have yet to be disappointed. As an added bonus when time is not on my side and I’ve had to have my toddler tag along she has always been friendly with her. Way-z is very personable and knowledgeable I can honestly say I trust her with my hair. Soon as my daughter’s hair grows out she’ll be in the chair next to me.

She’s super knowledgeable, listens to what type of cut/style I want, and offers helpful feedback. Their prices are reasonable. The cut comes with a wash, a cute scalp massage, and a blow dry/style. Today, I went in to change my look. I had 4in taken off and she added textured layers. As always, I love my new hairdo! Thanks, Meagan!!

I’ve had my hair lifted and toned twice here. The overall vibe of the salon is very relaxed, and very clean. No overcrowded waiting areas, very professional and friendly. I was pleased with my hair both times, the first time more, the second service, I asked for it grayish, silver, icy all the words I used, but I got a bright yellow blonde color. While the color came out extremely well, and I really like it. It wasn’t what I asked for, or needed for professional reasons. I waited for the big reveal and she says you’re definitely silver so I was super excited, but when we got to her chair I was like, this is blonde, no where near silver. We went back and forth, and she explained that she’d have to make it white to get to silver, which didn’t matter in the moment because you didn’t make it white to get silver. After all that bleaching and having an engagement to get to, I wasn’t going to over process my hair to attempt to fix it. Now I have to see what I can do before I go in the office this week. Maybe this color thing isn’t for me.. The lighter hair is from earlier this year, and the yellow blonde is from this weekend’s visit. Again both are stunning, but I work in a law office. I needed what I needed, and didn’t get it.

I have followed Renee for years admiring her work. Even reached out pre pandemic about extensions. During the pandemic my original locs took an unhealthy turn. I reached out again ( from Ga), because if i was going to start over with anyone , I knew who it would be. Several flights, rentals and hours of travel later. I am 100 percent sure I made the right decision. Its rare to meet someone in the beauty industry who stands behind their work at this level. I needed my hair (back/sides) cut down to a reasonable shape since I had the top part braided. I called Twin Barber because they were closer to my house. Mo answered the phone, he was very polite and professional, that won me over right away! I've never been to a barber shop in my life but I kept getting recommendations to go because male barbers have a good reputation for cutting hair the right way! As soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable, being that it's mostly males in there. After I found Mo, he greeted me very professionally, I was no longer nervous. Best of all, it was a very nice shop- No profanity, no "male" talk that would sort of offend women, but all around just very pleasant. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the whole process. Mo cut my hair exactly how I wanted it without me having to describe with a long story of what style I wanted. So, trust me when I tell you that if you like professional and courteous service, TWIN BARBER is the place to go! I teach 3rd grade and have 11 boys in my class, so trust that I will share with my parents about this awesome barber shop. I think I'm stuck with them for life.

Hair type: My Husband went in to get his hair cut and to trim his beard about half off. He was looking for a new Barber, and he has now found one.
I called on the 4th of July at 11:45 am and was able to schedule an appointment for a pedicure at 1pm, the same day. I was greeted by name upon entering the establishment and promptly received service. My nail tech took his time and did a great job. They allowed me ample time at a fan for my nails to dry, no rushing. Their basic pedicure was affordable ($35). They allow tips on a credit card. Dare I say, I think I just found my new spot!
I had an acrylic fill in, with nail designs and a pedicure at Integrity. I have zero complaints! I love my nails and feet! Tracy was/is my nail technician. She’s professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about her profession. I will definitely be returning to the salon!

They did a decent job but nothing spectacular. But can't complain because of the prices it was only $15 so their job was decent. Better than paying 20 and $30 when you just want something basic done.

They really gave the full foot and leg massage. I have been to at least 11 places between MD and VA over the last year and they all dissapointed me. This place, I will be coming back here for good! She also said if she had any cancellations she'd call me. She did have a cancellation and called to see if I could come right away. I live in the area and went right over. I tell her what I like, what I’m looking for, or share an inspiration photo and she always gets it right. I have never been dissatisfied. I get a cut and highlights/color. Whether it's a wash N curl or a full color and cut Tig has always made time for me. I LOVE her creativity and attentiveness to what I want. She is very professional and sweet. Wow! I received lash removal, lash extensions, and eyebrow henna and everything was WONDERFUL! Nitra is a true professional of her craft. I've gone to two other places and the Lash Critic is by far the best! Have you ever had a lash bath??? You're missing a treat! When I had my other lashes removed, (installed from another place), they did not hurt. Nitra was very patient and caring about my lashes. The new installation was very relaxing and the eyebrow henna achieved the desired result. This is my new place for anything relating to my eyes because Nitra is the BEST!

An excellent Manicure!! 3 weeks later and you can see significant growth in my nails and the Gel Polish looks like it was just put on. I also opted to get them buff shined versus clear and they are still shining!! Appointment was very relaxing and efficient, I loved that Jamila did not take a lot of time to do my nails to perfection. I have received lots of compliments on how healthy they look!!!
I received them Swedish massage here. I was able to get the same-day appointment and scheduling the appointment over the phone was very easy. I was able to start my appointment on time. Front desk staff was very friendly. The inside of the building was welcoming. The service was fine. I would consider doing 90 minutes next time. I plan to visit again.

I would recommend Village Tattoo to anyone looking to get a tattoo, big or small! I’ve gotten 2 from the owner, Phillip, and both turned out amazing. One was a short phrase in a simple font while the other was a slightly larger and more detailed piece. He treated both of them with the same amount of importance and care, making sure I was completely happy with it. He took my input while also giving me advice on what he thought would look best and it turned out great.

I had the best experience with Waldorf Plumbing. They were responsive, fast, knowledgeable, and got the work done in one visit. It was touch and go with a houseful of guests, but they saved the day. It’s a shame there are bad reviews that are more about the home warranty company than Waldorf Plumbing.

The team at Avant Garde did another fantastic project for me by completing my shower upgrade. I previously used Avant for hardwood floors on stairs and landing and black metal spindles on railings.
The shower tile artist did a fantastic job with the demo and meticulous detail installing new tile. They took their time and the final product shows. The painter was great. The final phase was the high quality glass shower door install and water proofing. The door install alone took two workers 4 hours and it was worth the wait. Thanks Sid for pre-project lessons on grout colors, tile selection, floor selection, niche type, etc job well done!

I called James Skipwith for a problem with mice in my house. He responded quickly and came out to assess the situation. Unfortunately, it was way worse than I thought. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out and work his magic. He is so thorough and didn't miss a trick. He knows where to look for those sneaky critters and how to eradicate them. I appreciated how thorough James was and how easy he was to communicate with. I was so impressed with his professionalism and the pride he takes in his work I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Dr.Mike is a great doctor and the staff is very kind but I believe the office is overwhelmed because so many people come there for DOT which if I had known that I would’ve seeked a office that didn’t deal with that because it makes other folks wait longer to close out their files so it sets the attorneys back to close the case also looks like doctors in Waldorf are out of the office more and more these days 3/27/24 I would like to change my review because doctor Mike and his office are the best my final report was in great detail with nothing left out for it to be any questions if I have to take my case to court I appreciate the great care that was given to me by this location
It’s really not walk-in for first time guests. You actually have to make an appointment to do a setup, then the hours are a little weird. Came in on a Wednesday, and said the first setup is on a Monday of next week. Immediate help is a no here.
Dr. Kane has changed my life. I have been seeing him for 11 years now. Was seeing an orthopedic doctor and living on nsaids and muscle relaxers before finding Dr. Kane. His staff is amazing. Forever grateful for all that they have done for me and my husband.

Fig and Friends is a great business for daycare and boarding pets. I highly recommend Grant, Emily, Gabriel, and Brenda and staff for taking great care of my Yorkie. I never worry when I take him for daycare or boarding. His grooming appointments are great and all of his needs are taken care of according to what I ask them to do. Simply, they are the best!?

Safe by Choice Driving Academy is an excellent driving school. Their instructors are very knowledgeable about the MVA licensing process and provide exceptional driving lessons in preparation for the actual driving test. Mr. Roy was a wonderful instructor and employed patience with my student who has a learning difference. He was able to deliver the driving lessons in a relatable way so that the student could understand. Due to Mr. Roy's impeccable patience and teaching skills, our student passed the driving test on the first try.
