If you're looking for a hype person that loves what she does along with the money. Courtney has a nice personality,clean facility. I'm just not happy with the results of my face after receiving chemical peel, then I went back for the red light because my face was irritated etc. Don't remember name. But I feel like it made it worse. My face is worse than when I went in.. it's two-tone, splotchy.just a mess. I'm not here to bash,blame or lie. Just speaking the truth, honest review. Courtney is amazing. Groupon was offering an extra dollar off, so I used it as an opportunity to try out the Medi Spa since Courtney had great reviews. I am delighted that Courtney turned out to be a gem. She has excellent customer service skills, a passion for her industry, and is current on the latest beauty and science trends, and you combine that with results. Wow! Over the years, I have been a client of many clinics and spas in the DMV, but I have found my person (☺️). I highly recommend the Media Spa at Caraway.
Excellent experience. I had never seen an esthetician and wanted to get a general consultation, so I used their Groupon deal. Front desk service was very friendly and I got seen immediately. Courtney was wonderful to work with. She evaluated my skin and made recommendations but it never felt salesy. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and gave clear next steps. Will definitely be back!
