El is a beast, she got me and 6 other customers swiftly out as we stood in a line with no help. The guys behind the wall don’t even greet you nor acknowledge you when it’s obvious one of them is the manager but that is another conversation for corporate.
I absolutely love this store and the customer service they provide. El is such a breath of fresh air, engaging and committed to assisting and going above and beyond. I worked with her at Hyattsville and since she’s be gone I can actually say the new store has decline. Shout out to El another job well done.
This is place is run by very helpful people. Johnny I believe was the person who helped me. He was cordial and very professional and cares about the people who need to rent something. In my case he help me with a drain snake machine and helped me loaded and explained everything clearly. Also is helps you out with reminders of due dates and times of rental. 10/ out of 10
