I came here to get my locs retwisted and had such a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were also super fast, and my retwist came out looking clean and fresh. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and good vibes. I’ll be coming back for sure!

My experience was overall good. I didn’t have to wait and to top it off my hair is short because of a recent haircut that I don’t like and Sally was able to catch it. It was just like the picture.

They move VERY VERY slow , she even stopped doing my hair to do somebody else's hair becuase he made an appointment & I did a walk in , regardless you don't just stop doing someone hair if you knew somebody made an appointment you shouldn't have took me and sent me to somebody else . Then when she began to do my hair again things were going good again & 2 others helped her so I felt better again becuase she apologized and others helped THATS WHEN THINGS GO LEFT AGAIN she gets tired of doing my hair and have somebody else do my hair and when I tell you that girl moves VERY slow it's insane I was there from 1:40 all the way to 8 something which is when the closed and I only got some damn knotless braids But they braids did come out very cute but it's not worth the price nor sitting there with inconsistent people
