Love love love this practice. Dr Asher is amazing. Her physical assessment is thorough and leaves you feeling very seen. This is something I have always struggled to find among many personal trainers that often do not know how to listen and/or cater to your body type. Not here. Everything I mentioned was validated and more importantly, suggestions given to invite more mobility into my body and release any pent up stress. I'm looking forward to future sessions and cant wait to see how this rounds out my current exercise regimen.
Today was my first visit to the Pilates Plus Wellness and Physical Therapy Center. It's a family owned business and they are incredible. Professional, knowledgeable, and fun! I learned new techniques and ways to relax my body. They had fresh pressed juice for us and swag bags. I'll definitely be back and I'm considering a membership to attend classes on Saturday. The studio is upstairs (not accessible). #GiveThemATry #YoullLoveIt #ThankMeLater
A true place of healing!! I came here and did reflexology, massage, and Pilates and I feel better than I have in 13 years!!! All I can say is thank you!! I will definitely be back and refer everyone I know in the area!
