I seldom write negative reviews, but I had to with this company. After the first cleaning, I noticed a few issues and addressed them with Ivan. For example, I usually keep my oven clean, so I was surprised the cleaning crew sprayed oven cleaner in my oven. The issue is that they failed to clean the spray from the oven; imagine the mess I was left to clean! They left trash in the kitchen, and my bed looked like a toddler made it. I reluctantly decided to give them another chance; on the day of my appointment, I waited for them to arrive at the pre-arranged time, and they did not show. I contacted Ivan, and he claimed I had not confirmed the appointment via text. The issue is I have yet to receive a message. He apologized and sent a crew. I was equally disappointed with their second cleaning. I pointed to several areas that needed attention. Unfortunately, the crew was inexperienced and did not do such a good job cleaning. Their service is not worth the cost, considering the inexperience of their team.
