Sigh, I have been a patient of Dr. Doreen Blake for 3 years and it's time for a change. Where I am from there aren't a lot of Black female PCPs so I jumped at the opportunity to have one. Luckily, I am in an area where they are a little more abundant and don't have to settle. All of my visits here have had extreme wait times even though we have appointments. I never understood why there is a long wait period and we may only see the doctor for 5-10 minutes. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived around 11:55 and was brought to the back around 12:45 and left after 1PM. I was with Dr. Blake for all 7-8 minutes where she continuously cut me off while I was sharing concerns. She even began talking to me as if I were a child. The only pleasant part about this visit was the young lady who drew blood. She was very personable and kind and almost made me feel better about the blatant disrespect from Dr. Blake.

Had an appointment with Dr. Blake and it was horrible! She didn’t care to hear my concerns. She even was about to walk out. I felt rushed through the whole visit. In fact i even asked if they were about to close and she said yes making me feel like i needed to hurry. I was confused because i didn’t set the appointment time to an hour before they closed. Someone from your office did. It was a rescheduled appointment brocade the original appoint was canceled by her staff. Her staff was respectful and didn’t make me feel like i needed to hurry so they could go home for the day. Dr.Sloan is great make no mistake.. 6 appointments canceled since December because Dr isn’t in office. Ok something goin on fine I understand won’t let me see another Dr because they don’t like to share patients can’t get a medication refill because haven’t seen dr in last 90 days but dr cancels all appointments my wife is pregnant last 3 appts canceled been to emergency room they called to follow up but can’t get an appointment for a month then they cancel it rebook appt now it’s at least 30 days out then cancel unfortunately I have to find a new pcd for my family because they can’t see us or even answer phone now
