Julio Lopez and his team have completed several projects for me. The first was renovation of a previous workshop addition to my home. They basically gutted the 22 x 12 room, installed insulation, drywall, lighting and a gas fireplace, creating a new master bedroom. Later, they installed a deck at the rear of the home. Finally, they helped prepare the home for sale ... power washing, painting inside and out, repairing mortar on retaining walls and foundation, replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures, roofing, and addition of exterior lighting. Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months.
