“We had scheduled work with EcoTek at a home we are renovating. When they arrived at the location we were informed that part of the job was not something they could complete. Only half of the agreed upon work was completed as a result. We called the office with our concerns about our full contract not being fulfilled and they handled the situation respectfully and offered us a full refund as an apology. While we were disappointed with the initial miscommunication between the salesman and the technician at the scene, we are thankful to them for the way it was handled in the end and appreciate the customer service.“
