Insulted my fiancée (who was being very friendly, by the way) then proceeded to almost pull the truck side mirror into a lamp post had I not grabbed the side mirror in time and pulled it in. So not only are they extremely unprofessional and rude, but unskilled and careless.

Wonderful staff. Punctual. Efficient. Handles vehicles with care. Honest. Trustworthy. I give this company 5 stars easily. Not sure why so many negative reviews but wasn’t at all my experience!

Absolutely trash I truly hope your business goes under and your company suffers.....I'm just now reading reviews to this insurance appointed towing service we have been waiting for a tow for almost 5 hours now and still counting. The lady that was taking calls over talked me and even shouted at me over the phone then hung up in my face when I request a ETA after already been waiting for 5 hours
