I have been a this Kaiser location a few times for various annual appointments over the past month, and I can see that overall I am very please with the care I have received. For general/primary care and high traffic services (like bloodwork or scans) there is a bit of a wait, but the staff are very nice, informative, and have great bedside manner. For specialists, there is typically no wait, and I love how all services are in house.
I went to Kaiser in Largo for my annual mammogram and let me say Sherry my mammogram personal was awesome. She displayed professionalism, curiosity,and compassion at its BEST. 1 week prior I had a awful experience at urgent care in Largo. The check in person was not professional,when I tried to hand her my medical card she didn't touch it she tried reading it through the glass(as if I had a disease that would jump threw the glass on her...then the young lady who did the xray of my hand was so rough and didn't show any empathy for the pain I was in. But my visit today with Sherry took most of the uncomfortable feeling I had towards that bad experience with urgent care away. Again thank you Sherry for a great experience. I nominate Sherry xray personal for employee of the month. May you(Sherry) prosper in everything you do.
I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional high-quality service I received at the Kaiser Permanente's Largo Medical Center during my cataract surgery. The health care team provided phenomenal care from my entry into the department by the Receptionist, Demetria Sutton, to the Pre-Op team members, Amanda and Annie, to the members in the operating room Jericho and Zelda and not to mention Chrystal in the recovery room. And last but definitely not least was the superb job my Ophthalmologist, Dr McGibbon did in restoring my vision. Her bedside manner was greatly appreciated considering such a delicate and precise surgery which she performed effortlessly. She is a real life super hero and is worthy of every accolade possible. She has a great team to support her and I feel totally comfortable with my vision in their hands. Thanks for the experience.
