Totally pleased--prompt, knowledgeable, friendly personal service that was effective. After battling squirrels myself for months, Tom had them captured, removed and entry points repaired within a week. I am pleased that I found Shumaker's.

Had a great experience with Shumakers Animal Control. they were able to come out to my home right away and remove a black snake in my basement. they were knowledgeable and courteous during the visit. the price was also in line with other quotes I received in the area. Would definitely use their service again.

Late on a Friday evening, we heard a loud scratching sound coming from an old, unused metal chimney capped off in our living room. It was disconcerting, to say the least. After calling around, Shumaker’s was the first company willing to come out over the weekend despite the rain. First thing Saturday morning, we got a call, help was on the way, and the trapped bird was removed, alive and well. The guy who came out - sorry, we didn’t get your name because we didn’t have coffee yet! - was careful with the little bird and is taking him to a rescue.
