I will preface this review by saying I've used other ZIPS Cleaners locations without any issues, which is why I was surprised with what I was told today at this particular location. Yesterday, I dropped off a suit for cleaning which reminded me that I needed to get a comforter cleaned because my puppy had had an accident on it. When I went to pick up the suit today, I had the comforter with me and pointed out the urine stain as any other drycleaner I've been to, including other zips locations, have typically liked to know what a stain is so that it can be addressed to the best of their ability. They do great work for an ultra affordable price. I always bring my suits to be cleaned and pressed. Staff is pleasant. They will have your garments done within the day, depending on the workload and time you bring it in. I say 2 days is the max. I recommend this location.

The only reason I can’t give one star is because at least the staff was friendly, although they completely missed the parts of my dress shirt I asked to be cleaned unfortunately. I’d probably take my clothes somewhere else next time
