Liked the ease of making an appointment next day. Liked the price. Liked the clean car. Didn't like how a lot of the cleaning equipment was left in my car (presumably by accident) which I then had to dispose of on my own. Very strange oversight. I wish I had noticed before a left the garage and drove away.

Mr. Loudon was the detailer who worked on my car and he did phenomenal work. My car is clean, polished, and smells wonderfully. Kudos to him and this business for bringing quality work to its customers. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what products were used where and how to do basic upkeep. Couldn't be happier with this auto detailing site! They were able to squeeze me in to help me out of my car emergency. Mo at the Towson location put an amazingly detailed effort into the cleaning of my SUV. Guess that's why it's called "detailing". My grandson had somehow exploded a coffee drink (with milk) onto the front seats and even splattered it onto the roof headliner. Mo was able to make the car as clean and sweet smelling as if new. Four days later it is still sparkling fresh and thankfully free of any sour milk smell. I had dodged that bullet all due and thanks to World Class and Mo. Five Stars!!
