Great customer service. Very easy shopping process. Frame selection is lacking. Frames are generic, but seem good quality. Will see how they last. If you have insurance they are easy to work with.
The Warby Parker IN store experience was great. Very efficient and informative. Personal care and attention was great. Found great frame options at reasonable costs AND my insurance was accepted - so left the store having ordered new glasses that will arrive in two weeks and only paying $10 copay. Did I mention it only took 20 minutes!!! Great service.
I was greeted by customer assistant Cory, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Optometrist, Brittney was also helpful, professional and knowledgeable. This was the most favorable experience I've had while visiting the store.
