I cannot possibly express what a positive experience we had Tender Care Nursing and with two of their aides, Victor and James. Following an automobile accident injury, my husband needed assistance at night for over a month. These two gentlemen, one five nights and week and one two nights, took excellent care of my husband. They were not only very professional, but they were very supportive and kind men. It was our first time using Tender Care Nursing and we would highly recommend them.

Tender Care is like home for me. I enjoyed my period of work there because my employer and other administrative staff treated me like family. The CEO (Matilda Charles) is so loving and caring also Claudette Harvey a sweet and loving woman. They don’t only care and respect their staff, the also stand up for us and make us feel dignified. The same treatment they give to clients and also train us to do same. Tender Care is a great place to build yourself and be a better person in life. I love and miss you All.

The nursing aides from Tendercare for my 101-year-old mother and for my sister during her terminal illness are exceptional. They are consistently intelligent, personable, and very well trained. They often go above and beyond to help my loved ones through the most difficult times of their lives. Each of them has demonstrated a profound respect for the humanity of their clients, and been devoted to treating them with the kindness they would show their own family. This is far different from the aides I have seen from other agencies.
