not even remotely close to being a competent and more importantly, a trustworthy person.Had a meeting to review some tax planning in preparation for the upcoming business year and Alan was totally unprepared.

I have used these guys for years and I have had nothing but success and success. I have 2 dental practice locations and 2 real estate companies. Allen has helped me with all of the following: 1) Selling a dental practice 2) associate and partnership issues 3) basic accounting a tax planning 4) retirement plan formation and management 5) strategies to reduce my taxes (legal good ideas) 6) divorce counseling (just kidding). Thanks for all the help and a long overdue review.
