Had a wonderful stylist but was not offered the hot towel. It's supposed to be included with the cut. I will not be returning. For $50, I expect everything listed in the description.

Based on price, I trusted this shop with my wedding haircut and they delivered. I will definitely be back. They were not busy at all on Saturday and I was able to book it online last minute. Jun was super friendly and took extra care to make recommendations and give me the perfect cut for the big day.

Thank you, Chris, for the call and warm conversation. I had one bad experience after a few hair cuts and expressed it. Chris took the time to call me and ask what happened.
