Tried Acupressure, even though I have a 6k massage chair at home, it is totally different experience. The ease of aching muscle pain is well beyond my expectation. Worth having it periodically when you are tired, 100% recommend.

I have experienced more relief when the body gets kinked up that lasts longer than chiropractic, massage, or acupuncture at Paradise Spa. This is indeed a scientific and intuitional staff of healers. Prompt, affordable, private. I cannot sing their praises enough!

One of my fave reflexology places around Baltimore.Convenient as you can hang out at the mall, pricing seems fair for this type of service, and everyone seems to know how to massage decently.I dislike lying down for massages and prefer their chair... sometimes hard to describe what you want because of language barrier - but honestly they're better than some of those overpriced "spa" places (where if you observe carefully, they take away 10mins for prep time, and do not listen to what you want).I can say if it is too hard or soft, and have them focus on parts that really bother me (for example - I always say 20min for each leg, and 10min for each arm...thankfully no back...read full review
